Consider pressure washing your home, driveway and washing windows. For showings, be sure to keep your lawn mowed.  While you’re at it, line potted plants down the walkway and plant flowers around. Paint your front door and add a new welcome mat.

Inside your home

  • Depersonalize your home by removing family photos and your shoes at the front doorway.
  • Remove clutter
  • Move out old and excess furniture so your home appears larger
  • Clean and disinfect
  • Paint in neutral colours
  • Add throws and pillows to your decor
  • Create an office from a room
  • Clean or update lighting fixtures

Enter the Kitchen
